Stumbled upon the Gem by chance today. Super meal! Thoroughly enjoyed all three courses. Service was excellent and there was a great atmosphere. Highly recommend!

What a find Bill's was today! Both my son and I enjoyed our food which was delicious and we both said how pleasant the atmosphere was. There was background music but it wasn't intrusive or overly loud.
I wasn't made to feel a 'problem ' as the stairs were a challenge for me and I asked where the disabled one was. It was lovely and clean too.

We went to Bills for a going away dinner. We had a large group of 15. This was one of the only restaurants we could find that could accommodate our large group. We had a smaller menu offered to us because of our group size and we had to place our order ahead of time. Not a big deal. I am gluten free and selected such from there menu. We arrived this evening and were told the item I ordered was in fact not gluten free. I’m not sure why it was on the gluten free menu. I instead got a VERY bland steak. Zero seasoning… I went too add salt and pepper and was surprised to find multiple things in the salt shaker!!! Black crap on the inside, specs of crap, and fur! So obviously I didn’t use that. Multiple orders were sent back due too being under cooked or just flat out wrong. I will say my gluten free brownie was very good. The over all atmosphere of the restaurant was fun and inviting. I wish I could say the same for the staff. When a lady comes in with a baby… ask her if she needs a baby seat. Don’t make me hunt one down on my own with my baby in tow. We also enjoyed some lovely entertainment as the staff loudly pushed through the restaurant with entire trash cans, went past a curtain, left the door open, and proceeded to loudly dump the trash. I’m also very big on bathroom hygiene. If a bathroom is clean at a restaurant then they probably have a clean kitchen. If the bathroom is gross then that’s probably how much effort they also put into their kitchen’s hygiene routine. The bathroom was horrific! Crap built up on the floors, toilet paper rolls sitting around, doors are gross, slime growing on the sinks backsplash and the sink itself, and crap in the crevices of the toilet seat. I’m disappointed in my visit. This could be so amazing and has so much potential to be better! I took a few pictures but was also busy with a baby.

I just had an unforgettable time here! The food was seriously top-notch, and I can't stop raving about it. The service was fantastic, and I had a blast with the friendly staff—especially Amber, who was supercalafragilisticexpialodocious!
She needs a raise.

We went in half term so the kids ate free, which is an amazing deal as 2 can eat free per paying adult. The kids enjoyed their food and my burger was great.

Bill's Restaurant in Cambridge is a great place that offers an outstanding dining experience.
We were a family of 8 who walked in and From the moment we walked in, we were welcomed by beautiful decor creating a warm and inviting atmosphere that makes you feel right at home. The food and drinks at Bill's were good. The burata, chicken burgers, sea bass and pasta were all very tasty.
The seamless blend of good service, delicious food, and stunning decor makes Bill's Restaurant in Cambridge a must-visit.
Highly recommended for anyone looking to enjoy a simple dining experience with kids and family.

Good food, good atmosphere, unlimited pancakes on Friday and value for money all round. Can get noisy but that's cambridge.
